By commissioning me you have agreed to my terms of service. If you have any questions please send me an email!
I reserve the right to post any artwork I create on any platform in which I advertise my skills. You may request that a commission is kept private, please do so before the art is started so I can make note of it. I will not claim ownership of the subject drawn in the commission when posting to my websites. I will not sell commissioned work as merchandise unless requested to do so.
Prices are non-negotiable.
I will:

Complete work and provide updates on the commission as often as d the sired by commissioner.

Email Hi-Resolution image to the commissioner, or provide a link to download upon request.

Inform commissioners of anything that may cause an unusual delay in the completion of commissioned work.

Accept payment plans for commissions over $200. The commission will not be completed and given to commissioner until paid in full. Payments made are non-refundable.
Commissioner will:

Provide references, or detailed description when sending an inquiry for a commission. If working from a description it must be clear and written in complete sentences.

Send payment at the agreed time, at the price that was agreed upon. If the payment is not received at the agreed time then I will consider the commission canceled and your slot forfeit. Forfeited commission details will be held onto for 2 weeks, at which time you can email me to inform me you are ready to pay for your commission. After 2 weeks the details of your commission will be deleted from my files and you will have to resend a commission inquiry email if you wish to commission the picture in the future.

Inform me of deadlines in your email inquiring about a commission. I will not accept a commission with a deadline shorter than 2 weeks.

Credit me for the art when reposting your commissioned work. With a link to my website and or facebook page.
I the artist will not:

Color another person's artwork as a commission.

Draw free custom art.

Replicate someone else's artistic style. (ex:Disney style)

Refund payment for work already started. Be sure that you can safely afford to commission me before agreeing to pay. You may send an inquiry about prices if you are unsure.

Make edits to an image that has been finished and approved for free. If you need an edit after approving the finished picture an additional fee will be required.

Accept any commission inquiry where the original copyright holders approval is unable to be verified.
As the commissioner you may:

Print your commission to hang on your wall. If you do please email me a photo! I love to see my art displayed.

Use your commission for social media avatars and social media banners.

Post to a personal gallery with a link to my website and/or facebook page.
As the commissioner you may not:

Claim my art as your own.

Post your commission to Redbubble or any other site that makes merchandise from art. If you wish me to post it I will do so. You may not make money off of my work unless previously discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

Use my work commercially, unless previously discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

Edit my art or have someone else edit it for you.
-
Remove my signature from the commissioned piece.
